Cancellation of DAK health insurance
Good day, dear Fintiba team,
Hope this email finds you well,
So, l am the member of Fintiba blocked account. While coming to Germany, l already bought and registered to the health insurance from TK company.
However, today your partner DAK sent me a letter which said that l should send my picture for completing my health insurance process and getting the insurance from your company. Then l looked at Fintiba and saw that it is the partner of Fintiba and it automatically registered me to your Health Insurance service. Therefore, l want to cancel my application or membership from DAK health insurance.
Because l am already the member of TK health insurance and use its services, and l did not know that Fintiba automatically registered me to DAK health insurance. l would be so happy if you help me in this challenging situation and cancel my membership from DAK health insurance.

Dear Fintiba team,
I am writing on behalf of Elmar Hajiyev regarding his issue with bank account. Elmar Hajiyev received a student visa for Germany on November 16, 2020.
For the purposes of obtaining visa, he opened blocking account at Fintiba bank in the amount of 10,332.00 Eur. Due to pandemic situation, Elmar Hajiyev could not visit Germany and now his visa is expired. Currently Elmar does not study in Germany and therefore we have contacted Fintiba bank to return the amount but have not received any response.
We have received a document from the embassy confirming that his visa has expired and he will not study in Germany. Could you assist us with this request?
